Refund Policy

Our policy on refunds and prorated credit.

General policy

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods (partial months). When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the paid period.

If you were charged incorrectly, contact support within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund verified errors.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under your local consumer protection law.
